Purpose and Legal Basis<\/h3>\n<p>The purpose of the CCTV installation for Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH is to ensure security, protect property and secure evidence in the event of criminal prosecution. The CCTV installations are only located in areas whose surveillance is necessary for this purpose. This does not restrict the personality rights of visitors and employees. <\/p>\n<p>The legal basis in line with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR is the legitimate interest in protecting assets and individuals. <\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"speicherdauer\"><\/a>6.
