The survey examined 1,157 companies with regard to their employee development efforts. Among the companies surveyed, Caterpillar Energy Solutions with its MWM brand gained a top ranking with &#8220;high approval&#8221;. <\/p>\n<h2>Caterpillar Energy Solutions Gains Approval in General Survey<\/h3>\n<p>In an online survey, 132,000 participants assessed the quality of the employee development measures of individual companies. Based on the survey results, about 550 of a total of 1,167 companies from five industries received the quality label &#8220;Germany&#8217;s best employers for employee development&#8221;. At the M\u00fcnster Public Utilities, a cogeneration power plant with an MWM TCG 2032 V16 gas engine serves as a backup heat and power supply in the event of a grid outage.
