High-school students will have the opportunity to get to know the apprenticeship programs and integrated degree programs at Caterpillar Energy Solutions during the internship week from November 10 to 13, 2026.

This November, high-school students will once again have the opportunity to get to know Caterpillar Energy Solutions firsthand. During the internship week from November 10 to 13, 2026, participants will not only gain exciting insights into the assembly as well as into the administrative and industrial departments, but will also learn about the various apprenticeship programs and university programs.
Hands-on Projects and Interaction with Apprentices
During the internship week, the high-school students will get to know the state-of-the-art training workshop of Caterpillar Energy Solutions. For example, small hands-on projects will feature tasks that need to be solved together with the other interns. In addition to working in the training workshop, the high-school students will have the opportunity to talk with current apprentices and university students and ask questions about apprenticeships at Caterpillar Energy Solutions.
Caterpillar Energy Solutions offers a wide range of apprenticeship programs and integrated degree programs. Apart from conventional apprenticeships in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, business administration, and warehousing, Caterpillar Energy Solutions also offers integrated degree programs in the fields of business engineering, integrated engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering.
