Liability for Contents

The contents of our pages have been prepared with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that they are correct, complete, and up to date. Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) rules that as a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws. However, Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) rule that as a service provider, we are under no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances implying illegal activities. This does not affect the obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws. However, liability for such is only possible from the time that a concrete infringement becomes known. If such infringements become known, we will remove such contents without delay.

Liability for Links

Our Web site contains links to external third-party Web pages on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for such third-party contents. The respective provider or operator is responsible for the contents of linked pages. The linked pages were reviewed for potential infringements when the links were set. Illegal contents were not evident at that time. However, permanent content screening of linked pages cannot be reasonably expected unless there are concrete indications for an infringement. If infringements become known, we will remove such links without delay.

Copyright

The contents and works on these pages, which were created by the site operator, are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, dissemination, and any kind of utilization outside the limits of the copyright are subject to the written approval of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. In the case of contents on this site that were not created by the operator, the third-party copyrights shall be observed. Third-party contents will be explicitly designated as such. Should you still notice a copyright infringement, we would appreciate your feedback. If infringements become known, we will remove such contents without delay.

Gender Neutrality

For the sake of legibility, this web page uses the masculine form only. Of course, all genders (m/f/d) are always included (see Art. 3 (3) of the German Basic Law (GG)).
