Innovation and tradition
The Mannheim-based engineering company Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH has been operating under this name since November 2013, and is a supplier of gas engines, complete gas power plants, cogeneration systems and CHP plants for distributed power generation under the MWM and Cat® brands. Over the past few years, the Mannheim location has been expanded to become a global Gas Center of Excellence. Technical innovation, modern plants and well-trained expert employees on the one hand, and 150 years of experience in the development and optimization of gas systems by the longstanding Mannheim-based MWM brand on the other hand, make Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-efficiency, eco-friendly complete systems for distributed power and heat generation. For our customers, we deliver competent guidance extending throughout the entire life cycle of our products: from project planning to technical after-sales support.
