At the “Jobs for Future” exhibition 2024 in Mannheim, Germany, many different apprenticeships, study places, and further training opportunities were once again presented. This year, more than 25,000 people visited the exhibition, about 8,000 more than last year. At its own booth at the job information exhibition, Caterpillar Energy Solutions informed visitors about the company’s apprenticeships and integrated degree programs.
The “Jobs for Future” exhibition, which has been held since 2001, regularly attracts not only medium-sized companies but also colleges, universities, schools, and various institutions. The objective of the exhibition is to give young visitors a sneak peek into the job market. Representatives from the mechanical engineering, IT, healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals, metal, media, medical, construction, and finance industries are among those present at the exhibition. Moreover, the exhibition offers prospective career starters the opportunity to discuss application procedures with industry representatives at the booths. The next “Jobs for Future” exhibition will be held in the Maimarkt hall in Mannheim, Germany, from February 20 to 22, 2025.
