In the award category “Training: Learning Programmes“, the Caterpillar Energy Solutions service tutorial video series for the MWM brand prevailed over its competitors, winning the intermedia-globe Silver Award for the best training videos. The WorldMediaFestival is an international competition for communication media and is considered one of the industry’s most prominent events. This year, the awards are bestowed in a virtual ceremony.

International Expert Jury Impressed by MWM Service Tutorial Video Series of Caterpillar Energy Solutions
The service tutorial video series “Do it the smart way”, which has been designed for the MWM brand, qualified for an award. The international expert jury of the WorldMediaFestival honored the first two episodes of the series with the intermedia-globe Silver Award in the category “Training: Learning Programmes”. Under the supervision of Frank Fuhrmann (Manager PR & Online Marketing, Caterpillar Energy Solutions), the series was produced in collaboration with the event and film agency Motionplan in Mannheim, Germany. The German-language videos have also been translated and dubbed in several languages.

Episode 1 of the tutorial series shows how to replace spark plugs of MWM gas gensets. In episode 2, Alexander Klotz, technical trainer at the MWM Training Center Service in Mannheim, demonstrates the adjustment of the valve clearance on MWM power gensets on an MWM TCG 3016 gas engine.
