For the employer survey ” Germany’s best employers for employee development”, €uro magazine and the analysis institute ServiceValue conducted a survey from December 2022 to January 2023. The survey examined 1,157 companies with regard to their employee development efforts. Among the companies surveyed, Caterpillar Energy Solutions with its MWM brand gained a top ranking with “high approval”.
Caterpillar Energy Solutions Gains Approval in General Survey
In an online survey, 132,000 participants assessed the quality of the employee development measures of individual companies. Based on the survey results, about 550 of a total of 1,167 companies from five industries received the quality label “Germany’s best employers for employee development”. With a total score of 2.59 in the engineering category, Caterpillar Energy Solutions was found to enjoy “high approval”.
Companies Using MWM Energy Solutions Also Honored
The award-winning companies in the field of “energy and water suppliers” also include two municipal utility providers equipped with MWM gas engines. At the Münster Public Utilities, a cogeneration power plant with an MWM TCG 2032 V16 gas engine serves as a backup heat and power supply in the event of a grid outage. At Stadtwerke Duisburg, three MWM TCG 2020 V12 gas engines ensure highly efficient, eco-friendly distributed energy supply.
