Caterpillar Energy Solutions also has a virtual booth at the digital apprenticeship fair for the Rhine-Neckar area. Apart from conventional apprenticeships in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, business administration, and warehousing, Caterpillar Energy Solutions also offers integrated degree programs in the fields of business engineering, integrated engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering.

How can I get the most out of the virtual apprenticeship fair?
High-school students should make it a point to visit the fair. Perhaps the visit could be organized by the school. In view of the huge offering, it would be advisable to focus on specific professions. Of course, digital fairs lack the human factor that plays a significant role at on-site fairs. Nevertheless, virtual fairs can serve as an initial point of contact for prospective apprentices who would like to get a sneak peek into the professions for which apprenticeships are offered.
